Console commands

Three console commands are available in non-shipping builds:

Command	What it does
ProtoSplineVolume.TestBuilder	Builds a suite of test shapes and logs mesh, watertightness, and collision stats
ProtoSplineVolume.TestMaterials	Verifies the bundled material instances resolve
ProtoSplineVolume.TestPerf	Measures rebuild and physics-cook costs on a heavy reference shape
